Lifemasteryhub.com (“site”) is owned and operated Life Mastery Hub located at 25 Baylis Road London SE1 7AY.
In the spirit of good practise, when you are purchasing services from us or products, we ask you to confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement below and that you wish to proceed.
If you are not willing to be bound by these terms and conditions, simply don’t purchase services or products from our site.
All services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by us, Life Mastery Hub, as well as information on this website lifemasteryhub.com are meant to assist you in your general wellbeing.
Our services or products are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care but are highly recommended in conjunction with such treatments.
The term ‘services’ and ‘products’ as here used covers Reiki healing session or treatment, Sekhem healing session or treatment and meditations.
Life Mastery Hub is continually striving to ensure the standard of service we provide remain excellent. At the beginning of the session you will be asked to fill up a form to state your general state and will be asked to complete a feedback form at the end of the treatment.
I understand that the services I will be receiving from my Life Mastery Hub are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that Life Mastery Hub is not acting as a mental health counsellor or a medical professional.
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my healing sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.
I understand that healing is not a substitute for medical advice, counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove any or all of these terms and conditions at any time and each such change shall be effective immediately upon posting.
Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes.
Your continued use of this site and purchase of services or products on this site following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will mean you accept those changes. Please check the terms before every purchase.
If the revised terms apply to any existing provision of services, we will notify you of the changes.
Your confidentiality will be maintained in all but the most exceptional circumstances. These can only include: legal action (criminal or civil court cases where a court order is made demanding disclosure – includes coroner’s courts) and where there is good cause to believe that not to disclose would cause danger of serious harm to others. Most standards of confidentiality applied in professional contexts are based on the Common-Law concept of confidentiality where the duty to keep confidence is measured against the concept of “greater good”. The sharing of anonymous case histories with supervisors and peer-support groups is not a breach of professional confidentiality. The sharing of open case histories with supervisors and any referring NHS medical practitioner is also not a breach.
Provision of Service
The agreement to work on the issues presented by the client in no way guarantees a cure.
Contact between sessions can occur but will be limited to telephone, message and email.
Price and Payment
Prices of the services and products are specified on our site and confirmed on the checkout page. We may change our prices anytime, but that will not affect the prices for confirmed orders.
Despite our best efforts, there may be incorrect prices on some of the services or products. If the correct price is less than a price shown on our site, the lower amount will be charged. If the correct price is higher than the price specified on our site, we will inform you of this and ask whether you wish to continue with the order with the actual higher price. If the error in price is obvious, unmistakable and mispricing could have been recognised reasonably by you, we will not be liable to provide the services or products to you at the lower price that was incorrect.
Cancellation of appointments
We understand that unexpected events can occur occasionally in our lives and it's our desire to be as fair as possible to all our trusted clients. But also, out of consideration for our time, we have adopted the following cancellation policies:
24-hour advance notice is required for any appointment you may want to cancel.
If you're unable to give us a 24-hour advance notice, you may be charged 50% of the treatment fee for your missed or reschedule appointment.
If you miss your appointment without letting us know in advance, this will be considered as a "no-show". Therefore, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be processed.
If you arrive late at your appointment, the session can still occur but the treatment will end as scheduled and no refund will be processed for the time missed.
Our right to cancel and applicable refund
In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons outside of our control, Life Mastery Hub or the practitioner can decide to cancel, terminate the service to the client early or refuse or be unable to provide further services to the client. In such a circumstance the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by Life Mastery Hub where practicable and will be refunded any advance payments made for services not yet provided.

Any services and products provided by Life Mastery Hub are available for individual of legal age. Unfortunately, we do not offer services or meditation to individual below the age of 18 years.
This contract is governed by the law of England whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute, disagreement, proceedings or legal claim of any nature relating to the service provided or the contract.
