About The Event

Imagine how your life would be like if you loved yourself deeply?

During this workshop, you will be guided to forgive yourself, align yourself to love, remove anything that is not feeding love and cultivate unconditional love in your heart.

Cultivating self-love profoundly shifts your life and your inner state, it aligns you with your highest self by liberating your self-expression, creativity and acceptance for all that is. Happier, content, fulfilled, you align yourself with the universal flow and feel a deeper sense of purpose fuelled by your inner guidance.

Hi, I'm Ness. I'm an experienced Reiki Master, Sekhem healer, a Meditation Coach and the founder of Life Mastery Hub. I use different techniques to bring the energy down to the room during this workshop, to create a healing chamber, and direct these powerful healing energies to the group for extra healing boost. The different section of this workshop are specially designed to open the flow of love within, reboot your inner state (physical, mental, emotional and the subtle energy) and create a healthy ground for the seed of self-love to grow.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING THIS 3-HOUR SESSION?

1. ARRIVAL

Please arrive 10 mins before the start of the session. We start at 6.30pm sharp so please arrive no later than 6.20pm.

2. INTRODUCTION

We'll do a group introduction, so we can get to know one another a little bit more .

I'll introduce myself and the meaning of self-love

3. BREATHWORK

Few minutes of breathwork to let go of the day and connect deeper into yourself

4. STATEMENT OF INTENTION

We will state the intention for loving ourselves unconditionally from now on

5. GUIDED MEDITATION

The meditation has different part:

- Forgiveness for self and others

- Integration of all aspects of self as we dwell deep into the subconscious

- Receiving unconditional love on your timeline from Source, from the day you were born to the now

- Opening up all parts of your subconscious mind and bathing all areas of your mind with unconditional love

- Bathing your different bodies (physical, etheric, emotional, mental, astral) in unconditional love

- Aligning your DNA with unconditional love

6. RELEASING LABELS

in this part, we will be releasing the labels you or others have attributed to yourself

7. HEALING THE ROOT CAUSE OF LACK OF SELF-LOVE

We will go to the root cause of lack of self-love and heal it energetically

8. MIRROR WORK

Using the famous mirror technique of Louise Hay, we will dive dip into our soul and restore love

9. UNCONDITIONAL LOVE MEDITATION

We will go deep within and give ourselves unconditional love and begin to understand how our lives would be like if we did truly love ourselves

10. CRYSTAL PROGRAMMING

We will be programming a rose quartz crystal with love and healing. The crystal is free and you can take it home with you.

I will bring the energy of Reiki and Sekhem into the room during the session to facilitate healing and changes.

I will create a healing and love grid in the room and there will be also a crystal grid to receive extra healing, love and Reiki and Sekhem energy for a supercharged experience.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING FOR THE SESSION?

I will provide a yoga mat, a blanket and refreshment (water & herbal tea) during the event.

You may want to bring a little cushion to make your experience more comfortable but it's not compulsory.
